We’re excited to welcome Yasmin Benaleten as the newest coach at Youth & Work!
With a background in psychology, specializing in organizational psychology, and training as a systemic therapist and coach. Yasmin began her career as an Associate Consultant in a recruitment agency. She later spent several years working for a German educational institute, where she supported long-term unemployed individuals through various projects.

“What really drew me to Youth & Work was the holistic approach. From my time at the educational institute, I’m familiar with offering guidance on career orientation and job searching, along with providing psychosocial support. With my experience in this field, I see a real opportunity at Youth & Work to deepen my skills and make a meaningful impact.

I want to help young people see the potential they hold. By working with them step by step — in a focused and realistic way — I hope to guide them as they explore their career paths, achieve concrete results, and stay motivated.

I’m truly looking forward to working with young people from diverse, often complex backgrounds — and of course, with this warm, dedicated team.”

Yasmin will be responsible for the offices in Bettembourg, Frisange, and Roeser.
